Cura Energy joins industry leaders for UKHospitality’s Christmas Lunch

Cura Energy Limited was proud to join senior leaders from across the hospitality sector at the UKHospitality Christmas Lunch 2025, held at Old Billingsgate in London.

Sponsored by leading brands including Diageo, Thatchers Cider and American Express, this annual gathering brought together over 1,200 professionals from across the hospitality sector, including supply chain partners, operators, MPs and policymakers. It offers a high-profile forum to celebrate the year’s achievements, share insights and build stronger industry connections.

As a Supplier Partner of UKHospitality, our attendance at the Christmas Lunch was an important opportunity for us to forge a deeper connection with one of our key vertical sectors. Having joined the association earlier this year, we continue to show our support for hospitality businesses as they balance energy challenges and progress towards net zero amid tough economic conditions. Many hospitality firms are looking for practical, achievable approaches to energy efficiency and operational cost savings – which is where Cura is well placed to help.

A pre-lunch keynote speech from UKHospitality’s new CEO, Allen Simpson, underlined the need for continued business and government support for the sector. On a lighter note, multi-award-winning comedian Russell Kane brought his high-energy style to the stage, and Jeremy Clarkson’s Hawkstone Farmers’ Choir was in good voice (and humour).

Our attendance at UKHospitality’s flagship annual event underlines our ongoing commitment to the sector. We look forward to many more opportunities to collaborate with the UKHospitality team and other members in 2026.
